Sapphire FUE hair transplant minimizes damage and allows more planting per square centimeter.
What is a Sapphire FUE hair transplant?
Sapphire FUE hair transplant is called micromotor hair transplantation, micro FUE hair transplantation, fiber FUE hair transplantation, and hair transplantation with the FUE technique. If a Sapphire tip is used instead of a medical razor while opening the canal in operation, it is called hair transplantation with FUE technique with a sapphire tip.
With the micromotor method, we take grafts in hair follicles one by one. Also, graft; means tissue, and there are single, double, triple, and quadruple hair follicles in a tissue. For example, if the doctor says that an average of 4,000 grafts will transplant before the operation, this means 8,000 hair strands will transplant on average.
We calculate the diameter and height of the person’s tissue while the intake is made and take all other grafts carefully without damaging the tissue. Another significant issue is; we take hair follicles with a homogeneous appearance. So, there must be equal taking from all areas for appearance well. Otherwise, one side will appear sparse, and the other side will appear dense.
After taking the grafts completely, we open channels one by one with a sapphire tip specific to the area where we will plant. In other words, we open channels according to the length and width of the tissue. The most important thing here is that these cuts determine those hair directions. For the hair to look natural, we open the channels with the sapphire tip at the right angles. After the canal process, the grafts taken are transplanted into the channels one by one, and the operation is completed.
Advantages of Hair Transplantation with Sapphire Fue Technique
Firstly, the sapphire tip does not harm the skin with its antibacterial feature that does not disturb blood circulation. Sapphire tip is much less damaging to capillaries than a medical razor.
Another advantage of hair transplantation with the Sapphire FUE technique is that we can transplant more grafts per square centimeter. This way, the hair is more frequent and does not appear sparse.
Finally, we can perform hair transplantation with the Sapphire FUE technique shaven or without shaving.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many types of anesthesia techniques for Sapphire Fue hair transplant are there?
There are 3 types of anesthesia techniques. Local anesthesia, Needle-Free Anesthesia and Sedation.
Local anesthesia is injected with standard needles, and anesthesia is performed on average in five minutes. Afterward, the injected area becomes completely numb. Thus, you will not have pain during and after the operation.
Pain Duration: Average of 5 minutes
Needle-Free Anesthesia is a device that gives anesthesia for the area of the operation by pressure, not by needles. After the site is entirely anesthetized, anesthesia is continued with a needle, and the person does not feel it.
We use this device only in the area where we take the grafts (donor area). Because some bruising occurs after the pressure in the using area, we do not use it in the transplant area.
Needle-free anesthesia is an ideal solution for people with needle phobia.
Pain Duration: Average of 3 minutes
Sedation is when sedative drugs are given before the surgery, and it helps you feel more relaxed during the operation. The anesthesiologist injects the sedative drugs into your vein. You don’t feel pain, but you don’t sleep, either. So you will be able to answer the questions asked. In addition, you will be slumberous during the surgery.
Pain Duration: Painless
Hair transplant from Beard is when there are not enough grafts that we can take from the hair (the donor area), we take from it under the chin and transplant it to the area where it is needed.
